Pigs sent for slaughter must have a clear slap mark or an ear tag. They must travel with a licence/Food Chain Information.

We slaughter pigs week days from 9am. They should be booked in the day before.
Staff will be available to assist with unloading.
Wash out facilities are available.(charges apply)
Sows/boars and wild boar type pigs will have to be trichinella tested.
Results can take several days to be returned from the laboratory. The carcases will not be released until a negative result is received.
Carcases can be butchered on-site to your specification or, delivered to a local butcher.
